Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the available tracking information through your provided contact details.

5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible locations.
If COD is available for your order, the option will appear during checkout.
Please ensure that your provided phone number and delivery address are accurate so our courier can successfully deliver your order.

8. Items not received but tracking shows delivered
Please note we do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by the courier. For this reason,
we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.
